Dru Yoga

I was introduced to Dru Yoga a few years ago when I visited the beautiful Snowdonia Mountain Lodge for a Dancing Yoga weekend. I was totally enthralled by the experience: I loved the flowing movements, the emphasis on strengthening postural and core muscles and increasing my flexibility.

Dru is a beautiful and unique form of yoga that has its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition. The emphasis on soft, flowing movements, means that Dru Yoga can help increase energy levels, ease back pain and wash away stress.

It can be practiced by people of all fitness levels and age groups. Dru is a style of yoga that can be quickly dipped into or learned in more depth over a lifetime.

It is so rewarding to hear people telling me that their Dru Yoga practice has improved their lives by improving sleep patterns to sleep better, relieving stress and reducing back pain.
